End of July?

Who can believe this is the last week of July already? Tim and I had the wedding of a very special friend on Friday afternoon. Jessica married Kirk in Crown Point, IN and the entire "Anderson Gang" was there for the special event.

Then, my family had a wonderful surprise when my brother got a week's leave to come home. So Tim and I spent the weekend in Ohio with Nate.

And last, but definitely not least... Happy Birthday today to my wonderful husband :)

Fourth, Friends, Fun, Freedom

Tim and I had a great Independence Day and weekend. Friday the 4th, we went up to Lake Michigan with our friends Dave & Christy. We spent all day in the sun, cooked out with some of our church friends, and then watched fireworks from the beach.

Then on Saturday we, along with our friends Matt & Amanda, headed down to Warsaw, IN. We spent all day with our friends Rob & Greta - out in Rob's boat on Winona Lake - tubing, knee-boarding and skiing.
