Meet Bristol

This past Saturday, Tim surprised me with this adorable little girl. We named her Bristol and she's a 2lb., 7-week old Yorkie.

I've wanted a dog - and a Yorkie specifically - for a long, long time. I would scour the internet and paper for them every chance I got. But for some reason, could never just make the "final" decision to get one. Well, this past Saturday Tim took the situation into his own hands and made the decision for me. I had a been at a baby shower most of the afternoon, and when he came to pick me up... this little lady was in the car.

It's been an interesting two days to say the least. I'm learning right along with Bristol on what it takes to have a puppy. However, thanks to some magnificent advice from my wonderful friend Michelle - I'm hoping to have a much better night tonight. Take a look at this lovely girl... can you blame me for being up at all hours for her?
